Sign-On Bonus available! Come join our dynamic team of professionals at Laurel Ridge Skilled Nursing Facility! We are seeking an LPN or RN to assist with our MMQ in the facility.  This person must have knowledge of nursing documentation for C.N.A.’s and nursing care within the facility and be able to understand the MMQ system and how that interfaces with the Mass Health System.  Long-term care experience preferred and on-site training can be provided.  Attention to detail and organization is key to this role.  If interested please apply on-line or in person.  Come meet with us!!!!!!
