Schedule a Resident Virtual/Video Call Visit

We understand how important it is for our residents to stay connected to their families and friends. To request the option of a video call visit with a resident please complete the below information and a member of our team will respond to your request as soon as possible. Please note we will comply with ensuring the resident and/or the resident’s responsible representative is in agreement to schedule this request and that the video call visit is scheduled at a time that is compatible with the resident’s meal and care time schedule. We have tablet or iPad devices readily available with the necessary electronic applications for our residents’ use and will provide any required assistance they may need by our staff. We know how important staying connected is for a resident’s well-being and are dedicated to supporting our residents with this type of visitation method option at this time.
